This Privacy Policy applies to the Red Galaxy game and all related services (hereby referred to as the “Service”) operated by NOVATALE ONLINE GAMING SERVICES L.L.C (hereby referred to as the “Service Provider”, “we”, “us”), a limited liability company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Service is offered across mobile and desktop platforms (Android, iOS, Windows, Linux). This Privacy Policy should be read together with our Terms of Service; together they govern your use of the Service.
Information We CollectWe collect the following categories of information when you download, register for, and use the Service:
Information You Provide—Account information: username, in-game nickname, password (stored hashed), email address, and your confirmation that you are at least 13 years old (we do not store your date of birth).
—User-generated content: clan names, clan descriptions, in-game chat messages, and any other input you submit through the Service.
—Support correspondence: the contents of any messages you send to contact@redgalaxygame.space.
—Parental consent records (where applicable, see “Children” below).
Information Collected Automatically—Your device's Internet Protocol (IP) address.
—Pages and screens of the Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, and the time spent on those pages.
—Total time spent in the Service and gameplay/session telemetry.
—The operating system, device model, and client version you use.
—Crash reports, error logs, and diagnostic data (collected and stored on our own infrastructure).
Payment InformationWhen you purchase virtual items, payments are processed by third-party providers (Google Play Billing, Apple App Store In-App Purchase, Xsolla, Tebex). We do not receive or store your full credit card number or banking credentials. We receive only a transaction confirmation, transaction ID, purchased item, amount, and (where provided by the platform) your country and a partial billing identifier needed for fraud prevention and tax compliance.
For purchases made through the Apple App Store, Apple sends us a digitally signed transaction record containing the transaction ID, the purchased item, its price and currency, and the App Store country. To credit the purchase to the correct game account, the app attaches your game account identifier to the purchase (Apple's “app account token”). Apple does not share your name, Apple ID, or payment details with us.
The Service does not gather precise geolocation data from your device. Approximate region may be inferred from your IP address.
The Service does not use Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to process your personal data or to make automated decisions about you.
We may use the information you provide to contact you from time to time with important information, required notices, and (where you have consented) marketing communications. You can opt out of marketing communications at any time by contacting us.
How We Use Your InformationWe use the information described above to:
—Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Service;
—Create and manage your account, authenticate logins, and enforce a single-account policy;
—Process purchases of virtual items and manage refunds, chargebacks, and tax obligations;
—Detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, cheating, exploits, real-money trading (RMT), and Terms of Service violations;
—Moderate user-generated content (chat, nicknames, clan names) and enforce community rules;
—Diagnose technical issues, monitor crashes, and improve stability;
—Communicate important service notices and (with consent) marketing promotions;
—Comply with legal obligations under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021, “PDPL”), EU law (GDPR where applicable), and other applicable laws.
Third-Party ServicesThe Service uses the following third-party services, each of which has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data:
—Google Play Services & Billing — google.com/policies/privacy
—Apple App Store & In-App Purchase — apple.com/legal/privacy
—Xsolla (payment processing) — xsolla.com/privacypolicy
—Tebex (payment processing) — tebex.io/privacy
—Discord (community server — only if you join) — discord.com/privacy
Only aggregated, anonymized analytics data is periodically transmitted to external services to help us improve the Service. Personal data is shared with third parties only to the extent necessary to deliver the Service (e.g., processing your payment) or as required by law.
The Service Provider may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:
—as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, court order, or similar legal process;
—when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud or cheating, or respond to a government request;
—with our trusted service providers who work on our behalf, do not have an independent use of the information we disclose to them, and have agreed to adhere to the rules set forth in this Privacy Policy.
Your Rights and ChoicesYou can stop all automatic collection of information by uninstalling the Service. You may use the standard uninstall processes available on your device or via the application marketplace.
Subject to applicable law (including the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (“PDPL”) and GDPR where applicable), you have the right to:
—Access the personal data we hold about you;
—Rectify inaccurate or incomplete data;
—Request deletion of your data (“right to be forgotten”) — including deleting your account yourself in the app (see Data Retention and Account Deletion below);
—Object to or restrict certain processing activities;
—Withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time;
—Lodge a complaint with the UAE Data Office or, if you are in the EU, your local supervisory authority.

Data Retention and Account DeletionWe retain your personal data for as long as your account is active.
You can delete your account at any time. In the iOS app, go to Settings → Account → Delete account and confirm with your password. On other platforms, or if you can no longer sign in, email contact@redgalaxygame.space from the address linked to your account; we will complete email requests within 30 days and you may cancel during that time.
An in-app deletion request takes effect 14 days after it is made. During these 14 days you are signed out and cannot play; if you change your mind, sign in again and choose to cancel the deletion. Once the 14 days have passed, the deletion is permanent and the account cannot be recovered.
When the deletion takes effect, we delete or irreversibly anonymize your personal data, including your email address, username, password, pilot nickname, country, linked Discord account, login history and IP addresses, chat and private messages, friends and block lists, in-game mail and clan applications. Your pilot is removed from all public leaderboards and from your clan; if you lead a clan, leadership passes to another member, or the clan is disbanded if no members remain.
To prevent impersonation, your former pilot nickname is kept on a reserved list so that no one can register it again. This list does not link the nickname to you or to your account.
After deletion, we may retain limited information for longer periods where required to:
—Comply with legal obligations (e.g., tax records, financial reporting under UAE law — typically up to 5 years);
—Process refunds and payment disputes (purchase records from the Apple App Store, Google Play and Tebex are kept with the anonymized account);
—Prevent fraud, abuse, and ban evasion (account identifiers and ban records may be retained indefinitely);
—Resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.
Anonymized and aggregated data, which cannot be linked back to you, may be retained indefinitely.
Children and MinorsThe Service is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided personal information, we will delete it from our servers immediately.
If you are between 13 and 18 years of age, you may use the Service only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian, as required by our Terms of Service.
If you are a parent or guardian and you become aware that your child has provided us with personal information without your consent, please contact us at contact@redgalaxygame.space so that we can take appropriate action.
SecurityWe are committed to safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. We implement physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards — including hashed password storage, encrypted transport (TLS), and access controls — to protect the data we process and maintain. If you choose to save your login on a device, your password is kept only on that device in the operating system's secure storage (for example the iOS Keychain) and is never sent to us except when you log in. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Governing LawThis Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, including the Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021, “PDPL”). Any disputes arising from this Privacy Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
Changes to This PolicyThis Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating this page and, where appropriate, by in-app notice or announcement on our official community channels (e.g., Discord). You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically; continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
